To cancel your membership (see refund policy):
Sign in to your account on http://JRNY.com
Go to Manage Account in the menu dropdown (this is the round profile button on desktop or the menu button on mobile).
At the bottom of the Membership & Billing screen, select ‘Cancel Plan’.
