How do I change/update my billing address?

  • From the Membership & Billing screen, select ‘UPDATE INFO’.

  • Update your credit card details and select ‘UPDATE’.  For security purposes, you will need to re-enter all the details of your card, even if you’re only updating the expiration date.

How do I add/remove someone on my membership?

  • Sign into your account on JRNY.com.

  • From the Manage account screen, select the Family Profiles tab.

  • To add someone, click the Add Family Member link, enter the email and Nickname then click the Send Invite button.

  • To remove someone, select the name from the Your Family list, click the Remove from Family link then click the Remove Profile button.

    • Select Create a Profile to add a new Profile, or Log Out to allow an existing user to Log InTap Add Profile from the top of the list.

    • From the Add Profile screen, tap Log In with an Existing Profile icon to log in with an existing user profile or tap the Create New Profile icon to add a new user profile.

    • To exit the screen without any changes, tap Cancel in the upper left.

  • JRNY App on Mobile Devices (Must be completed using the membership holder’s phone or tablet.)

    • Log in to the membership holder’s ProfileJRNY.
