We are aware of an issue with our motion tracking system. Try again later or skip positioning to continue without form tracking. You can also select a workout without motion tracking evolving the Motion Tracking capabilities within JRNY - and as a result, the automatic rep counting and form guidance features have been removed from the platform.
That said, JRNY continues to offer adaptive strength workouts with personalized weight recommendations, based on your current fitness level and progression over time. To continue with the adaptive strength offering, tap Skip during the positioning phase.
You can also choose a workout without motion tracking or personalized weight recommendations by selecting a workout without the Motion Tracking badge from the Videos tab.
