Whether you bought a new or used product, the sign up process for a JRNY membership will be the same. Start by creating an account at http://JRNY.com (US) or http://ca.jrny.com/ (CA).
Can I use my membership across different machines? At the same time?
Yes. Your JRNY membership can be used simultaneously across up to five JRNY-compatible products at a time.
How do I sign up for a membership?

To sign up for a JRNY membership:
Go to [link to sign up path].
Choose the brand of product that you plan to use with JRNY - either Bowflex or Schwinn. If you are unsure, choose either brand. JRNY will work for either brand if the product is compatible.
Next, you’ll see a message about being redirected to either the Bowflex or Schwinn website, depending on what you selected in the previous step.
Select ‘CONTINUE’.
Once redirected, you will be prompted for your email address (we’ll use this to check for an existing account).
Next, select a plan to redeem your free trial.
Enter your contact and billing info, read the disclosure, and select ‘Start Membership’http://JRNY.com (US) or http://ca.jrny.com (CA).
If you need a JRNY account, select Start Your JRNY.
Complete the info on the Sign up for JRNY screen.
Go to the email you used to sign up, get the confirmation code, enter it on the Confirm your email screen then select the Confirm button.
On the Welcome to JRNY! screen, select the Continue to Free Trial button.
On the next screen select if you are using a touchscreen product or not (select View Touchscreen Products if you are unsure) then tap Continue.
Enter in the billing information then select Start Free Trial.
If you have a JRNY account, select Sign In.
Enter your email then password.
