JRNY provides a variety of trainer-led workout videos to guide you through your workout.

Workout types include:

·      Adaptive cyclingCycling

·      Adaptive Strength

·      HIIT, Interval, Strength, Pilates and other workout styles

The videos displayed will be based on modality selected (e.g. IC Bike, Whole Body).

Integrated machines will only show the machine-specific and Whole Body.

Mobile app will show all modalities selected in Manage Your Home Gym.

To start a trainer-led workout, select the modality then the Videos tab.

If the selected modality has Adaptive Workouts, they will be in the top row and have “Adaptive” in the lower right corner.

Machine workouts are sorted into Newbie, Intermediate and Challenge Me categories.  Workout time increases while scrolling to the right.

Dumbbell and Whole Body workout videos are sorted by time and increase time when scrolling to the right.

All workout videos can be filtered using the Filter icon on the right side of the modality picker.  Filter options will vary based on modality.

You can view a 30 second snippet of the workout by tapping the workout thumbnail and the  Preview button at the bottom of the workout details modalPreview Modal.  If you want to start the workout, tap Select.
