The following steps can help to resolve any related issues:

Wi-Fi

 Refreshing the Wi-Fi connection
  1. Reboot your machine, waiting for the JRNY logo screen to appear

  2. Tap quickly & repeatedly on “Launcher Version” in the top right corner of the screen

  3. From the “Select Action” menu, choose “System Settings

  4. Select your Network, and tap “Forget

  5. Select your Network once again, tapping the line to enter your password and then connect. Once done, tap Exit in the top right

 Connecting to a Mobile Hotspot

Connecting to a mobile hotspot if available can help determine if there is something wrong on the WiFi Network end.

  1. (If available) Activate the Mobile Hotspot on your Phone or Tablet

  2. Reboot the machine, waiting for the JRNY logo screen to appear

  3. Tap quickly & repeatedly on “Launcher Version” in the top right corner of the screen

  4. From the “Select Action” menu, choose “System Settings

  5. Find and select the Hotspot name from the list, tapping the line to enter the password and then connect. Once done, tap Exit in the top right

Bluetooth

 Check Runtime Permissions
  • Navigate to the Profile tab

  • Tap quickly & repeatedly 10-15 times on your initials in the circle

  • Select "Check Runtime Permissions"

  • Reboot the machine
