JRNY has Whole Body workouts that do not require a machine or physical weights. These trainer-led workouts are available in the Mobile app and on Integrated machines. They can be selected from the Just For You or Videos tab when on the Whole Body modality.
Types of Whole Body workouts include:
Cardio and HIIT
Pilates and Strength
Mobility and Stretching
Yoga
Selecting a Whole Body Workout
To filter the workout selection, tap the Filter icon on the right side of the Modality bar
After the filter options appear toggle open the sections to make selections.
Tap the See button to see the matching workouts. To start over, tap Clear Filters or reopen the Filter options and tap Reset to remove the filter results.
Starting a Whole Body Workout
Choose the workout from the Just For You, Videos tab or filtered group. Tap the workout thumbnail to open the Preview modal.
To view a 30 second snippet of the workout, tap the Preview button. To start the workout, tap the Select button.
On the Entertainment Options screen select a music channel or Skip to start the workout.
Whole Body Workout Metrics
While in a Whole Body workout, the only metrics shown will be the current time of the workout and your Heart Rate (if using a HR strap).
Selected Whole Body workouts in the Journal will show the Time and Heart Rate data.
To see Calorie and Goal data select Dumbbell or machine modality first (note, Whole Body workouts do not currently count towards Goals).
