Adaptive Workouts


Adaptive Workouts are designed to personalize the intensity of your workout based on your individual fitness level.

  • First, the JRNY® platform assesses your fitness level and designs workouts tailored to you and your personal fitness journey. You will receive recommended workouts based on your abilities and the workout experiences you favor.

The easiest way to help JRNY tailor your workouts is by completing the Fitness Assessment.

  • Your JRNY® workouts automatically adjust over time as you progress! The more you improve, the more your workouts adapt to keep you challenged. This removes the guesswork and creates a personalized fitness plan you can stick to for long-term success.

 

Adaptive Workouts are available for a variety of different programs. These may include:

  • Trainer-Led Videos

  • Virtual Coach

  • Explore the World routes

  • Strength workouts

Curious if your desired workout is Adaptive?

  • Check the tag in the lower-right corner of the Workout Card or in the Feature section of the Preview Modal.

  • If you see ADAPTIVE, you know you’re in for the perfect workout!
