Setting up JRNY (Built-in Touchscreen products)

Step 1 - Connecting your machine to Wi-Fi

Plug both ends of the power cord into your machine and wait for JRNY to load on the touchscreen:

  1. On the No Network Connection page, tap the green Manage Wi-Fi button

  2. A list of available networks will be displayed. Tap the name of your network.

  3. Tap on the enter password line to raise the keyboard on the screen.

  4. Enter your network password, then tap Connect. Once connected, your network name will turn green.

  5. Tap Exit in the upper right corner.

  6. Now we’re ready to get started!

    1. Already have a profile? Tap the Log In button.

    2. No profile yet? Tap the Create Profile button.

Note: Your machine should begin to check for JRNY updates automatically within 12 hours of being connected to Wi-Fi.

Please leave the product plugged in during this time to ensure the updates can be downloaded and installed successfully.


Step 2 - Accept Terms and Conditions / Data Consent

Before We Get Started

  • If desired, tap the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy links within the message to view the latest documents. 

  • When ready, tap Accept.

  • You will not be able to use JRNY unless you accept.

Personal and Health Data Consent

  • If desired, tap the Consent Declaration and Privacy Policy links within the message to view the latest documents. 

  • When ready, tap Accept.

  • You will not be able to use JRNY unless you accept.
