Setting up JRNY on a mobile device

The JRNY app is used to connect to JRNY-Compatible equipment. If you’re setting up a JRNY Built-In Touchscreen product instead, please visit Setting up JRNY (Built-in Touchscreen products).

Step 1 - Download the JRNY app

  1. Search for JRNY in your device’s App Store.

  2. Tap on JRNY to open its App Store page.

  3. Tap the Get or Install button to begin downloading JRNY.

  4. Once downloaded, open JRNY to get started:

    1. Already have a profile? Tap the Log In button.

    2. No profile yet? Tap the Create Profile button.

 

Step 2 - Accept Terms and Conditions / Data Consent

Before We Get Started

  • If desired, tap the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy links within the message to view the latest documents. 

  • When ready, tap Accept. 

  • You will not be able to use JRNY unless you accept.

Personal and Health Data Consent

  • If desired, tap the Consent Declaration and Privacy Policy links within the message to view the latest documents. 

  • When ready, tap Next.
