Troubleshooting Steps
The following steps can help to resolve any related issues:
Workouts
Troubleshooting – Power Cycle and Re-Attempt
Power cycle your machine:
Unplug the power cord from your machine
Wait 30 seconds (this allows the machine to completely power down)
Plug the power cord back into your machine
Once your machine has rebooted, attempt to start the workout again and check if the issue continues.
Troubleshooting - Refresh the Wi-Fi Connection (Forget Connection & Reconnect)
Reboot your machine, waiting for the JRNY logo screen to appear
Tap quickly & repeatedly on “Launcher Version” in the top right corner of the screen
From the “Select Action” menu, choose “System Settings”
Select your Network, and tap “Forget”
Select your Network once again, tapping the line to enter your password and then connect. Once done, tap Exit in the top right
Troubleshooting - Power Cycle the Router
Unplug the power cord from the router
Wait 30 seconds (this allows the router to power down completely)
Plug the power cord back into the router
It may take approximately 10 minutes before the internet connection is fully re-established.

Troubleshooting - Reinstall JRNY and Power Cycle Equipment
Uninstall JRNY from your device
Turn your device off, then back on
Reinstall JRNY from the App Store/Google Play Store
Power cycle your machine:
Unplug the power cord from your machine
Wait 30 seconds (this step is important, as it allows the machine to completely power down)
Plug the power cord back into your machine
Do not touch any buttons on the console while it is starting up.
Test if the issue persists.
