Configure USB Flash Drive
You will need a USB-A flash drive containing a FAT32 partition smaller than 4 GB.
If you have a USB flash drive that does not meet the criteria you may be able to format it to do so. For more information, please visit /wiki/spaces/JRNYTS/pages/16301948960.
If you do not have a USB flash drive or are unable to format it, one may be requested from BowFlex® here .
Locate and download the .zip file containing the firmware for your specific product from this page.
Open the downloaded .zip file and move the .txt file within to the USB flash drive.
The .txt file must be moved to the root of the USB flash drive and not be placed within any folders.
