JRNY encountered an issue when performing a console firmware update. We recommend using JRNY to attempt the firmware update again after you have power cycled your BowFlex or Schwinn product.

If an issue has been encountered during multiple firmware update attempts with JRNY, your console firmware may also be updated with a USB flash drive. For more information, please visit the Update Console Firmware With A USB Flash Drive page.
