Troubleshooting Steps
Please refer to the troubleshooting steps for the specific error below:
This error message typically appears during start-up, or when changing or selecting a profile after a period of inactivity.
This does not mean there is an issue with your JRNY account or membership! JRNY is requesting to reload due to an internet connectivity issue.
Steps
Tap Retry to attempt the request again.
Tap Dismiss to be returned to the Log In / Create Account / Preview JRNY page.
If the error reappears, please troubleshoot using our Connectivity Troubleshooting Steps.
This error is typically caused by a communication issue between the Console and the Base Hub.
Steps
Verify that all available updates have been installed.
Tap on the Profile tab
On your initials in the circle, rapidly tap 10 times
Tap Check for Updates in the Advanced User Actions menu
If any updates are available, install them now
Power cycle your machine:
Unplug your machine from power.
Wait 30 seconds before continuing (this allows your machine to power down completely).
Plug your machine back into power.
Once powered on, accept any updates that you are prompted to download.
If the machine is up to date and the issue persists, please call our Technical Support Team at 800-605-3369 for warranty or outside warranty assistance Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm CST.

Tap Check Runtime Permissions from the Advanced User Actions menu to enable Fine Location Permissions.
This error is typically caused by a communication delay from the console’s UCB.
Steps
Unplug the power cord from your machine, leaving it unplugged for 10-15 minutes.
After 10-15 minutes, plug the power cord back into the machine. Check if the error message reappears.
If the UCB error returns, please call our Technical Support Team at 800-605-3369 for warranty or outside warranty assistance Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm CST.
