titleAccount Authorization Issue

This error message typically appears during start-up, or when changing or selecting a profile after a period of inactivity.

This does not mean there is an issue with your JRNY account or membership! JRNY is requesting to reload due to an internet connectivity issue.

Steps

  1. Tap Retry to attempt the request again.

  2. Tap Dismiss to be returned to the Log In / Create Account / Preview JRNY page.

  3. If the error reappears, please troubleshoot using our Connectivity Troubleshooting Steps.

titleBase Communications Error

This error is typically caused by a communication issue between the Console and the Base Hub.

Steps

  1. Verify that all available updates have been installed.

    1. Tap on the Profile tab

    2. On your initials in the circle, rapidly tap 10 times

    3. Tap Check for Updates in the Advanced User Actions menu

    4. If any updates are available, install them now

  2. Power cycle your machine:

    1. Unplug your machine from power.

    2. Wait 30 seconds before continuing (this allows your machine to power down completely).

    3. Plug your machine back into power.

    4. Once powered on, accept any updates that you are prompted to download.

  3. If the machine is up to date and the issue persists, please call our Technical Support Team at 800-605-3369 for warranty our or outside warranty assistance. They will be back up and running starting on 5/13 and will be open Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm CST.

titleHulu Location Issue

Hulu with Live TV users must check into their Home network every 30 days. For more assistance setting up your Home network, please visit https://help.hulu.com/article/hulu-home-network.

Steps

  1. Tap on the Profile tab.

  2. On your initials in the circle, rapidly tap 10 times.

  3. Tap Check Runtime Permissions from the Advanced User Actions menu to enable Fine Location Permissions.

titleUCB Error

This error is typically caused by a communication delay from the console’s UCB.

Steps

  1. Unplug the power cord from your machine, leaving it unplugged for 10-15 minutes.

  2. After 10-15 minutes, plug the power cord back into the machine. Check if the error message reappears.

  3. If the UCB error returns, please call our Technical Support Team at 800-605-3369 for warranty our or outside warranty assistance. They will be back up and running starting on 5/13 and will be open Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm CST.

titleStartup Error

This error is typically caused by a communication delay from the console’s UCB.

Steps

  1. Verify that all available updates have been installed.

    3. Tap Check for Updates in the Advanced User Actions menu

    4. If any updates are available, install them now

  2. In most cases, this can be resolved by power cycling the machine 1-3 times:

    1. Unplug your machine from power.

    2. Wait 30 seconds before continuing (this allows your machine to power down completely).

    3. Plug your machine back into power.

    4. Once powered on, accept any updates that you are prompted to download.

    5. If the error returns, repeat these steps up to 3 times.

titleSomething Went Wrong

This error typically occurs when there is a network connectivity issue. This can typically be resolved by resetting the password for the Wi-Fi network.

title0AB Error

The 0AB error code typically occurs when the machine connection is blocked by a security feature on the router or by the Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Steps

  1. Check for blocked devices in your ISP app or router interface.

    • The machine should show up as a vaguely named Android device (e.g., Generic Brand Android Device, Generic Android Tablet, Android, etc.).

    • ISP apps are typically named after the service provider (e.g., xFinity app, Spectrum app, TWC app, etc.)

  2. If the blocked device is located, unpause or unblock the device. The 0AB error will disappear within 30 seconds.

  3. If no devices are paused/blocked, please troubleshoot using our Connectivity Troubleshooting Steps.

title0K/0L Error

Check the date/time settings on the console and confirm they are correct. Date/Time should be set automatically, but may not always be. 

  • From the Log In or JRNY screen, rapidly tap in the upper right corner 10-15 times.

  • From the Advanced User Actions menu, select Set Date/Time

  • Tap to toggle Automatic date & time on.

  • Tap Exit in the corner to save and return to the Log In screen.

title0M/0N Error

The 0M and 0N error codes typically occur when JRNY is attempting to load content, but the internet connection is slow or becomes interrupted.

This error is typically caused by attempting to select a premium workout while on a Free JRNY Membership plan, or after a membership has expired.

  1. Visit JRNY.com and log into your profile

  2. Verify your JRNY membership is still active.

  3. If your Premium membership is active, please use the Contact Support link at the bottom of the page so we can investigate this issue for you.
