Prepare USB Flash Drive

  1. You will need a USB-A flash drive containing a FAT32 partition smaller than 4 GB.

  1. Plug your USB flash drive into the USB port of your PC.

  2. Click Start, then click This PC.

    1. You can also enter This PC in the Search bar, then click the result that appears.

  3. In the This PC window, right-click on the drive icon in which the USB device appears (e.g., USB Disk (D:))

  4. From the menu, click Properties.

  5. Under the General tab of the Properties window, the File System should display FAT32.

  2. Open the Disk Utility app.

  2. Locate and download the .zip file containing the firmware for your specific product from this page.

  3. Open the downloaded .zip file and move the .txt file
