What is the best way to clean the screen and buttons on my machine?
The best way to clean the screen and buttons is with a damp cloth. Never use a cleaner with a harsh chemical like ammonia or vinegar; it will cause damage to the screen and button panel.
I found directions online to “Reset” or install the “Golden Image” on my machine, is this recommended?
It is not recommended to reset or install anything on your machine without direction from the Customer Care team. Doing so could put your machine in a non-recoverable state.
