What is the best way to clean the screen and buttons on my machine?

  • The best way to clean the screen and buttons is with a damp cloth. Never use a cleaner with a harsh chemical like ammonia or vinegar; it will cause damage to the screen and button panel.

 

I found directions online to “Reset” or install the “Golden Image” on my machine, is this recommended?

  • It is not recommended to reset or install anything on your machine without direction from the Customer Care team. Doing so could put your machine in a non-recoverable state.

  • If you are having issues with your machine submit a ticket from the JRNY Troubleshooting page.
