Please refer to the troubleshooting steps for the specific error below:

 Account Authorization Issue

This error message typically appears during start-up, or when changing or selecting a profile after a period of inactivity.

This does not mean there is an issue with your JRNY account or membership! JRNY is requesting to reload due to an internet connectivity issue.

Steps

  1. Tap Retry to attempt the request again.

  2. Tap Dismiss to be returned to the Log In / Create Account / Preview JRNY page.

  3. If the error reappears, please troubleshoot using our Connectivity Troubleshooting Steps.

 UCB Error

This error is typically caused by a communication delay from the console’s UCB.

Steps

  1. Unplug the power cord from your machine, leaving it unplugged for 10-15 minutes.

  2. After 10-15 minutes, plug the power cord back into the machine. Check if the error message reappears.

  3. If the UCB error returns, the issue may be able to be resolved on the backend.

 Something Went Wrong

This error typically occurs when the machine connection is blocked by a security feature on the router or by the Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Steps

  1. Check for blocked devices in your ISP app or router interface.

    • The machine should show up as a vaguely named Android device (e.g., Generic Brand Android Device, Generic Android Tablet, Android, etc.).

    • ISP apps are typically named after the service provider (e.g., xFinity app, Spectrum app, TWC app, etc.)

  2. If the blocked device is located, unpause or unblock the device. The error then should disappear within 30 seconds.

  3. If no devices are paused/blocked, please troubleshoot using our Connectivity Troubleshooting Steps.

 0AB Error

The 0AB error code typically occurs when the machine connection is blocked by a security feature on the router or by the Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Steps

  1. Check for blocked devices in your ISP app or router interface.

    • The machine should show up as a vaguely named Android device (e.g., Generic Brand Android Device, Generic Android Tablet, Android, etc.).

 0K/0L Error

Check the date/time settings on the console and confirm they are correct. Date/Time should be set automatically, but may not always be. 

  • From the Log In or JRNY screen, rapidly tap in the upper right corner 10-15 times.

  • From the Advanced User Actions menu, select Set Date/Time

  • Tap to toggle Automatic date & time on.

  • Tap Exit in the corner to save and return to the Log In screen. 

 0M/0N Error

The 0M and 0N error codes typically occur when JRNY is attempting to load content, but the internet connection is slow or becomes interrupted.

Steps

  1. Please troubleshoot using our Connectivity Troubleshooting Steps.

 2K Error

This error is typically caused by attempting to select a premium workout while on a Free JRNY Membership plan, or after a membership has expired.

  1. Visit JRNY.com and log into your profile

  2. Verify your JRNY membership is still active.

  3. If your Premium membership is active, please use the Contact Support link at the bottom of the page so we can investigate this issue for you.

 Firmware Update Error Message

The firmware may also be updated using the USB port on your equipment’s console.

 0M/0N Error

The 0M and 0N error codes typically occur when JRNY is attempting to load content, but the internet connection is slow or becomes interrupted.

Steps

  1. Please troubleshoot using our Connectivity Troubleshooting Steps.

 All other errors: Check for Updates
  • Navigate to your device's App Store and check that any available updates are downloaded.

 All other errors: Clear Cache
  • Per your device's User Manual, clear the cache for the JRNY App.

  • Attempt to use the app once more.
